14,000 Graduates From Tribhuvan University

Dec 28, Kathmandu- According to Tribhuvan University's Controller of Examinations, Pushpa Raj Joshi, 9,068 undergraduate students, 5,055 postgraduate students, 63 MPhil students, and 122 PhD students have graduated.

Students who stood first in various levels and subjects of examinations conducted by Tribhuvan University have also been awarded various medals. This year, the Tribhuvan University Professors' Association Martyr Associate Professor Hariraj Adhikari Gold Medal has been awarded to Hira Shrestha of Management Sankaya and the Shri Indrabhakta Shrestha Gold Medal has been awarded to Sudha Kafle of School of Management.

Similarly, the Amrit Medal has been awarded to Sushil Pokharel of the Central Department of Chemistry, the Madan Vidya Environmental Science Award to Rikita Bhandari of the Central Department of Environmental Science, the Nepal Bank Limited Sardar Gunjaman Singh Gold Medal and the Ram Krishna Nhuchhe Pradhan Award to Rebika Bhandari of Kathmandu Model College.

Sudiksha Ghimire of Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus has been awarded the Narendra Mani Acharya Dixit Medal and the Dr. Mohan Prasad Lakhe Gold Medal. Sanjeev Kumar Singh of the Central Department of Library and Information Science has been awarded the Shanti-Narayan Mishra Medal, Pratikraj Joshi of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy has been awarded the Dr. Dubasu Chhetri Gold Medal, Srina Chhetri of the Central Department of Botany has been awarded the Emirates Prof. Dr. Ram Prasad Chaudhary Gold Medal, and Chetna Kunwarbach of the Central Department of Journalism and Mass Communication has been awarded the Narayan Shanti Mishra Medal.

Shreejaya Kafle has received the Tarapad Chaudhary Medal, Khagendraman Singh Pradhan Medal and Chandraraj Dhungel Memorial Award. Kafle is a student of the Central Department of Economics. Sita Kumari Shrestha of the Central Department of Education has received the Shilpa Bista Academic Excellence Award.
