Dec 31, Kathmandu- The statements of those in custody of the Kaski Police in the Surya Darshan Cooperative embezzlement case have been completed.

The statements of Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane, Chhabilal Joshi, Leela Pachai, Ram Bahadur Khanal, Krishna Bahadur Gurung, Mina Gurung and Aarti Gurung have been completed in the bench of Judge Nitij Rai.

District Court Kaski's Shrestedar Rajan Khanal informed that the statements of all the defendants were completed by 1:30 pm on Tuesday.

The detention hearing has begun immediately.

The District Attorney's Office filed a case against them in court on December 20. The Attorney's Office also filed additional charges of money laundering and organized crime against them on December 20.
