Jan 03, Kathmandu- A man has been arrested on rape charges in Rukum East. The arrested person is Surje Roka Magar, 29, of Lavang in Bhume Rural Municipality-7.
The police said that he was arrested this morning. Magar has been accused of raping a 32-year-old woman.
According to the police, the woman was arrested by a team deployed from the District Police Office, Rukum East, on Sunday morning based on a complaint of rape.
The police said that further investigation is going on regarding the incident.
