Jan 04, Kathmandu- Four people were injured when two cars collided with each other at Salanghat in Dhading. An electric car (Ba 01-029 Cha 1369) heading from Kathmandu to Pokhara was hit by another electric car (Ba 01-030 Cha 4509) coming from Mugling towards Kathmandu at Salanghat in Dhading along the Prithvi Highway.

The Area Police Office, Gajuri, has informed that two people each from both the cars were injured in the accident. The injured are being treated at Malekhu Hospital. Although the driver of the car coming towards Kathmandu stated that the accident occurred due to brake failure, the police said that further investigation into the accident is underway.
