Jan 06, Kathmandu- The HMPV virus that spread in China has reached India.
The first infected person has been found in Bengaluru, Indian media reported. According to the information, the infection was detected in an eight-month-old girl. The state health department has informed that the HMPV virus has been confirmed in the tests conducted in the hospital's laboratory.
The Karnataka health department said that it has informed the central government about this.
