Jan 06, Kathmandu- Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) rose by 49.12 points on Monday. As shares worth Rs 6.30 billion 5.431 million were traded on the NEPSE on Monday, the NEPSE rose by 49.12 points, increasing its capitalization by 1.89 percent.

In the stock trading on Monday, the share prices of 226 companies increased while 12 decreased. Similarly, there was no change in the share price of 4 companies.

In the share trading on the NEPSE on Monday, investors in Atmanirbhar Microfinance Financial Institutions made the most profit, while investors in Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited lost the most. With Monday's share trading, NEPSE's capitalization has crossed Rs 4.38 trillion.
