Lumbini has sided with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. A large number of locals have joined the program organized by the CPN-Lumbini Provincial Committee.

The main public meeting at Siddeshwar Mavic's playground at Butwal-7 Deepanagar is packed without reaching the main procession. The meeting will be addressed by Prime Minister and party chairman KP Sharma Oli, finance minister and general secretary Bishnu Poudel, Lumbini chief minister Shankar Pokharel, energy minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, and minister Lekhraj Bhatt.

Butwal, who has always supported the movement, has come out in favor of Oli this time. Earlier, Chief Minister Pokharel had announced that more than 200,000 people would attend the meeting.
