Maoist Office Bearers' Meeting Postponed To Magh 2

Jan 13, Kathmandu- The meeting of the office bearers of the CPN-Maoist Center has been postponed. The meeting will discuss the division of labor among party leaders.

"We had scheduled the meeting today. It was postponed until Wednesday due to various reasons," said Secretary Poudel. "The meeting will discuss the division of labor among the leaders."

This is the first meeting of the party's office bearers after the last Central Committee meeting (Paush 21 to 23).

Poudel says that there will be no discussion on any other issues that day except the division of work among the leaders. Poudel claims that no decision will be taken now regarding giving responsibility to former Vice President Nanda Kishor Pun 'Pasang'.

"He has only been an invited member in previous meetings," Poudel said. "No further decisions will be made about him right now."

Pasang participated in the party's office bearers, standing committee members and central committee meetings.

Leaders criticized the former vice president for being active in politics again at the central committee meeting.

Following the criticism, Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) had to explain at the meeting, which was at Pasang's request.
