Jan 16, Kathmandu- Air flights on three trunk routes have been affected due to bad weather.

According to the Tribhuvan Airport Office, flights to Biratnagar, Janakpur and Rajbiraj have been affected. Of these, flights to Biratnagar are still suspended. Flights to Rajbiraj, which were closed since morning, have only recently resumed. It is said that preparations are being made for flights in Janakpur as the weather is clearing.

Flights to the remaining airports, Chandragadhi, Bharatpur, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Pokhara, have been operating regularly since morning.
