Nepali Congress Forms Parliamentary Party Disciplinary Committee Under The Coordination Of Dilendra Prasad Badu

Jan 16, Kathmandu- The Nepali Congress has formed a parliamentary party disciplinary committee.

The decision to form a parliamentary party disciplinary committee was taken at a meeting of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Central Working Committee held at the residence of party president Sher Bahadur Deuba at Budhanilkantha on Thursday.

The meeting has appointed MP Dilendra Prasad Badu as the coordinator of the committee. The members will be determined in the next meeting.

Chief Whip Shyam Kumar Ghimire also said that the meeting decided to appoint Sanjay Gautam as the coordinator of the Public Accounts Committee, Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat as the coordinator of the Finance Committee, and Chanda Chaudhary as the coordinator of the Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee on behalf of the party.

According to him, the meeting condemned the incident of misbehavior against senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi and demanded action against the culprits.

Today's meeting also decided to facilitate the immediate passage of bills pending in the parliamentary committee and urge the government to bring new bills.
