Jan 17, Kathmandu- Mumbai Police has recovered an old sword from actor Saif Ali Khan's house.
According to Indian media, this sword appears to be old and ancestral. It is said that it may be related to Saif Ali Khan's family. However, no clear information has been received about this so far.
Indian media reported that the investigation is being hampered by a lack of coordination between Mumbai Police and the Crime Branch. The man who attacked actor Saif Ali Khan has not been arrested even after 32 hours of the incident.
According to Crime Branch sources, Bandra Police has not provided them with sufficient information. CCTV footage and DVR related to this crime are available at Bandra Police Station.
However, the Crime Branch was informed about the attack at night only after about five hours. Indian media reports suggest that the accused is benefiting from the prestige rivalry between the police and the Crime Branch.
An official said that the police have not yet been able to get any concrete information about the accused. Therefore, the police are questioning all the passengers of the trains that left Bandra Terminus at that time. Also, efforts are being made to collect information from the auto rickshaw drivers who ply at night.
