According to the government's allegations, after Khan became prime minister, real estate developer Riyaz was implicated in a money laundering case. 40 billion rupees were confiscated from him from London. This amount was given to the Pakistani government by the British government. However, Imran Khan is accused of not informing the cabinet about it and secretly sending it to the account of Imran Khan's party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
After that, Imran Khan created the Al Qadir Trust. Through this, Al Qadir University was built for training. It is said that businessman Riyaz gave land worth billions for it. He also gave a diamond ring to Imran's wife Bushra. After that, the charges against Riyaz were dismissed against Imran.
