Nepal Gave A Target Of 52 Runs To Bangladesh

Jan 18, Kathmandu- Nepal has set a low target in the ongoing ICC U-19 Women's World Cup in Malaysia. Nepal's batting did not work in their first match on Saturday, giving Bangladesh a low target.

Nepal, which was offered to bat after losing the toss, became all out in 18.2 overs and could only manage a paltry total of 52 runs.

Nepal's opener Sana Praveen top-scored with 19 runs, while Simana KC scored 10 runs, while other Nepali batsmen failed to score double figures, giving Bangladesh a slim target.

Bangladesh's Jonathan Maola took 2 wickets, while Anisa Sowa, Foyomodi Choya and Nishita Akhtar took 1 wicket each.
