Jan 20, Kathmandu- Tiktok has resumed its services in the United States on Sunday, hours after shutting down its services in the US.
Tiktok credited President-elect Donald Trump, who takes office again on Monday, for creating the environment for the service to operate.
President Joe Biden's outgoing administration had previously said it would not impose any restrictions.
Tiktok in the United States was shut down late on Saturday as Tiktok's Chinese owner ByteDance neared a deadline to sell its American subsidiary to non-Chinese buyers.
