Israeli Forces Kill Two More Palestinians

Jan 31, Kathmandu- Israeli forces have killed two Palestinians in the Jenin Governorate of the West Bank. 

The total number of people killed in the region has reached 19 since the massive offensive began nearly two weeks ago.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, two Palestinians were shot dead by Israeli forces late Thursday night during an Israeli military operation inside the Jenin refugee camp.

The Wafa news agency said the identities of the two people killed were revealed, with Yazan Hatem al-Hassan and Amir Abu Hassan.

According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, three middle-aged Palestinian women were detained in Jenin after an Israeli airstrike on a building in a refugee camp. 

On Wednesday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said that the ongoing attack was aimed at destroying terrorist infrastructure and that the Israeli army would return to its camp after the operation was completed.

It announced that one of its soldiers was killed in the latest attack in Jenin and said it had retaliated.
