Feb 02, Kathmandu- The CPN-UML Sudurpaschim Province Committee has taken action against five UML leaders.
The committee has expelled five leaders from the party for their involvement in former vice-chairman Bhim Rawal's Matrubhumi Jagran campaign. The expelled members include members of the UML Sudurpaschim Provincial Committee and the Provincial Advisory Council.
The fifth secretariat meeting of the provincial committee has decided to expel advisory council members Lal Bahadur Khadka and Harka Kunwar, and provincial committee members Junga Bahadur BK, Dudhkala Bista and Keshar Mia, according to a statement issued by UML provincial secretary Ran Bahadur Chand.
