Feb 10, Kathmandu- Deputy General Secretary of the CPN-Maoist Center and MP Barshaman Pun has said that the ordinance brought by the government will not be successful.

Speaking to media persons outside the House of Representatives on Monday, he said that some laws, although necessary, fail because they are not passed through the regular process.

He said, "If a law is to be made, if a law is necessary, the government should convene the winter session on time and bring the bill. We had said that we would support the law. Even if it is late, the parliament has been called".

But let the law be made through the regular process, and we will discuss it. Some laws are also necessary. It is natural that the JSP does not seem to support the JSP in deceiving the parliament and weakening the representative body. Land-related and forest-related acts have been amended through ordinances. But the ordinances brought by the government before this had also failed. This time, the ordinance brought by the government has reached the point of failure."

He also said that while it is natural to cooperate, the JSP will not cooperate in deceiving the parliament and weakening the representative institution.
