Feb 13, Kathmandu- Ncell has launched Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) service. Ncell has launched this service as an effort to ensure access to new technology for the general public.

According to the company, this service will make it easy for customers to make calls, pick up and exchange SMS with clear HD voice using any WiFi internet.

According to the company, the VoWiFi service, also known as WiFi calling, can be used to access services in places with weak mobile network signals, such as homes or basements of large buildings and even in remote locations. In the initial phase, Ncell's service is currently available on iPhone 8 and above iPhone models.

The company has stated that there will be no additional charges for taking advantage of this service. Customers can stay connected by taking advantage of this service at the same cost as their voice and SMS service.
