Feb 16, Kathmandu- A Deputy Inspector of Police (DIP) working at the District Police Office, Jhapa, has been found dead. Dhanraj Khatiwada was found hanging in his barracks.
Jhapa SP Milan KC said that Khatiwada was found dead hanging from a rope. He was a resident of Bhojpur. The police are investigating the incident.
