Samba And Samikshya Return To Nepal's Starting 11 Against Lebanon

Feb 20, Kathmandu- Two players have been replaced against Lebanon in the ongoing International Women's Championship at home.

Head coach Rajendra Tamang has made two changes to the team from the match against Kyrgyzstan.

Forward Rashmi Kumari Ghising has been replaced by Sabitra Bhandari in the starting 11. Samikshya Ghimire has been brought into the playing set in place of Nisha Thokar. She was injured in the previous match.

Angela Tumbapo Subba, Pooja Rana, Bimala BK, Renuka Nagarkoti, Sabitra Bhandari, Geeta Rana, Rekha Poudel, Preeti Rai, Bimala Chaudhary, Sabita Rana Magar and Samiksha Ghimire

The match to be held at Dasharath Rangsala in Tripureshwor will start at 6 pm. The Nepali team will look to defeat Lebanon in today's match and make it to the final. Lebanon will also look to shock Nepal at home to keep their chances of playing the final alive.

Lebanon is looking to avenge its defeat in the 2019 World Cup by defeating Nepal today. The Nepali team, on the other hand, is looking to maintain the same momentum.
