Feb 25, Kathmandu- Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Deepak Khadka has asked Nepal Electricity Authority Managing Director Kulman Ghising for a third time, saying that the explanation asked twice in the past was not satisfactory.

Minister Khadka has asked Ghising to submit a report on the work done while in that position within 24 hours, stating that the previous explanations were not objective and satisfactory.

Minister Khadka, who was preparing to take a proposal to remove Kulman Ghising from the post of Managing Director in the Council of Ministers meeting held on Monday, backed down after Minister of State Purna Bahadur Tamang did not cooperate.
