Feb 28, Kathmandu- At least five people have been killed and more than 20 injured in an explosion at a madrasa in Pakistan.
The blast took place at the Darul Uloom Haqqania madrasa, a pro-Taliban religious school in the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The madrasa was crowded with people as it was a day of prayer. Media reports said the blast targeted children studying at the madrasa and those who had come for prayers. Some of the injured included children. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
