Mar 03, Kathmandu- Dr. Bhagwan Koirala has given health tips to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Koirala has advised Oli to sleep well at night and study in bright light. At the launch of Ganesh Pandey's book 'KP Sharma Oli: Dreams, Struggles and Determination', Dr. Koirala said that health will be good only if he gets enough sleep. He said that since there are 18 hours of daylight in a day, it is good to make a habit of studying in bright light.
He said that Oli has the 'power of positivity'. He also said that Oli has a strong heart. Dr. Koirala said that intellectual and physical effort will bring great benefits.
The chief guest of the book release program was former President Bidya Bhandari. Former President Bhandari released the book 'KP Sharma Oli: Dreams, Struggles and Determination'.
The book has been prepared by encompassing Oli's struggle for democracy, his dreams for the country's prosperity, and his leadership initiatives.
The book also includes writings by Prime Minister Oli's fellow travellers, politicians, economists, and social figures.
