Rastriya Prajatantra Party Pays Fine To Kathmandu Metropolitan City

Mar 10, Kathmandu- The Rastriya Prajatantra Party has paid a fine of one hundred thousand rupees to the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

The city had issued a fine letter to the party, saying that the metropolitan area was dirty and there was material damage while welcoming former King Gyanendra Shah on Sunday.

The party paid the fine after receiving the letter today. Party spokesperson Gyanendra Shahi has informed that the fine has been deposited in the account of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City. He said on Facebook-

We, the RPP, believe in good governance and the rule of law. The millions of parents, brothers, sisters, and brothers who came to welcome the king must have stepped on something on the road while walking. We accept the decision of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City. We have deposited Rs. 100,000 in the account of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
