Mar 14, Kathmandu- The Nepal Festival is being held in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday. All preparations for the Nepal Festival have been completed, said Babin Mishra, spokesperson for the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA).
Mishra has urged the entire Nepali community to come to Federation Square for the program, which will begin at 10 am on Saturday.
The festival is being organized every two years in all states of Australia to promote Nepali art, culture, customs and tourist attractions in Nepal and increasing harmony, unity and brotherhood among Nepalis living in Australia.
According to Sid Shrestha, Youth Coordinator of NRN Victoria, more than 130 children are scheduled to give their various performances at the Nepal Festival.
