Mar 17, Kathmandu- The Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) has requested for a re-registration of the letter of intent to form a pricing committee for Smart Telecom.
The authority is going to form a committee to evaluate the assets after the automatic cancellation of Smart Telecom's license.
The Authority has requested that individuals who have obtained a Chartered Accountancy degree from a recognized educational institution and have the qualifications and experience as specified to register a sealed letter of intent within 7 days to form a pricing committee as per the provisions of Rule 13 of the Asset Management Regulations of Unlicensed Telecommunications Service Providers, 2079 BS.
Along with the letter of intent, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, personal details with signature, educational certificates and documents confirming work experience as mentioned in the personal details, and a signed self-declaration document stating that there is no affiliation or affiliation with Smart Telecom should be attached.
