Mar 21, Kathmandu- A fire has broken out in the Keurani Community Forest in Chandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu.

Security personnel have been mobilized to control the fire as soon as information was received.

SP and spokesperson of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Apilraj Bohora said that fires have broken out in various parts of the forest.

The Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police have been deployed to control the fire.

Despite efforts to control the fire with the help of locals, it has not been brought under control.
