RPP demands: From the resignation of the HM to the suspension of the Police Chief

Apr 03, Kathmandu- The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has demanded the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.

A RPP delegation led by Chairman Rajendra Lingden met with Acting Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh on Thursday and made this demand.

Spokesperson Gyanendra Shahi also informed that the RPP has also demanded the suspension of the police chief and administrative leadership who led the repression on Chaitra 15.

Similarly, the false cases against RPP leaders Rabindra Mishra and Dr. Dhawal Shamsher Rana and others have also been demanded to be dismissed and the innocents released.

Similarly, it has been demanded to arrange free and effective treatment for the injured.

On Chaitra 15, the protest by the pro-royalty supporters in the Tinkune area had turned violent. The police had fired 58 rounds of bullets.
