Apr 03, Kathmandu- Simos Sunuwar-directed film 'Jante Bakhro' has started its promotional campaign. Accordingly, the first song 'Ghamai Raja' was released at a program organized on Thursday.

The song, which has lyrics, music and vocals by Babul Giri, features lead actors Saugat Malla and Garima Sharma in romantic avatars. Asif Shah has also been introduced as a 'surprise'.

The release date was announced on 9th Jestha at the event. Producer Santosh Gautam said that the film has been postponed to accommodate the timing as actor Malla's next film 'Bhayral Gorkhe' will be released the following week. He said that the film will be released simultaneously in Nepal and internationally.

Director Sunuwar said that the mistakes of the previous film have been corrected in this film. He said that everyone from the actors to the writing team have worked hard for this film.

Actress Sharma said that she was nervous when she went on stage as she was going to be seen in a lead role for the first time. The film also stars Rama Thapaliya, Lokendra Lekhak, Kamal Devkota, Vishal Pahadi, Rusha Neupane, Kusum Sharma, Sneha Joshi, Samapika Gautam, and Kushal Gajmer.

The film, presented by Muin Entertainment, has a screenplay and dialogues by Pradeep Bhardwaj. Santosh Gautam is the investor. The film is said to be based on a social theme. Rajesh Hamal's comeback film 'Narasimha Avatar' is also coming out on 9th Jestha.
