Apr 03, Kathmandu- Defense Minister Rajnath Singh flagged off the joint expedition by Indian and Nepal Armies to ascent Mount Kanchenjunga, the 3rd highest peak in the world. Maj Gen Dhruba Prakash Shah, DGMT, Nepali Army also participated in the flag off ceremony. Defense Minister extended his best wishes to the teams and also emphasized the significance of this expedition in not only promoting our national pride but also reinforcing the deep rooted military to military connect between both our armies and nations.
