Apr 07, Kathmandu- The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is going to approach the Human Rights Commission regarding the arrest of Rabi Lamichhane.

The Rashtriya Swatantra Party is preparing to approach the commission regarding the arrest, detention and last wishes of the police before the arrest without going through the judicial process.

On Friday, the Tulsipur, Butwal bench of the High Court had overturned the Rupandehi District Court order and ordered Lamichhane to be sent to detention.

Immediately after that, the police took Lamichhane under control from Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu.
