Apr 07, Kathmandu- The Third International Transport Conference-2025 is to be organized from 11th to 13th Chaitra to advocate for the formulation of sustainable and safe transport policies.

Organized by the Society of Transport Engineers Nepal and co-organized by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Urban Development, the conference will bring together transport experts, policymakers, technology, innovators, and stakeholders to identify effective solutions and discuss in-depth strategies for improving overall transport and adopting them in the future.

"The conference aims to promote smart transport systems, expand smart transport services through the use of artificial intelligence and intelligent transport systems, develop resilient infrastructure, and build a transport system that can withstand natural disasters, climate change, and other disasters," said Dr. Hareram Shrestha, President of the Society of Transport Engineers Nepal.
