Apr 07, Kathmandu- Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that India has no support for the pro-monarchy movement.
At a seminar on the contribution of former Indian Prime Minister Chandrashekhar to strengthening Nepal-India relations organized by the Ganeshman Singh Foundation in Kathmandu on Monday, Deuba said that despite the display of Yogi Adityanath's photo in the royalist movement, Indian leaders have no support for the royalist movement.
He thanked Yogi Adityanath for his full support for Nepal's republic and for his commitment that he was not against the constitution and system of Nepal. President Deuba said that the relations between Nepal and India are very strong and good.
He said that the relations between the two countries will further improve after India invited Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli soon. He said that if any problem arises between the two countries, it can be resolved through dialogue. He mentioned that they are committed to strengthening the democratic system.
