Continues Decline In Gold Prices

Apr 08, Kathmandu- The price of gold in the local market continues to decline. The price of gold, which has been falling continuously since the first trading day of the week, has continued the same trend today as well.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of gold in print decreased by Rs 400 on Tuesday to Rs 173,400 per tola. Earlier, gold, which had fallen by Rs 1,900 per tola on Sunday, fell by Rs 700 on Monday. On Friday, the last trading day of the previous week, gold fell by Rs 3,900.

The price of gold set a historic record on Chaitra 21. On that day, the price of one tola of gold was Rs 1,80,300.

Although the price of gold has fallen, silver has remained stable. Today, silver is being traded at Rs 1,830 per tola, according to the Federation.
