Apr 10, Kathmandu- The Surkhet-Humla road section of the Karnali Highway has been blocked due to rain. The road was blocked due to a landslide in Bhattadi, Raskot Municipality-8, Kalikot.

According to the District Police Office, the landslide in Sisne, Sanni Triveni Rural Municipality-3 has been cleared with the help of police, passengers and locals.

The landslide in Bhattadi, Raskot Municipality-8 is being cleared by police, locals and excavators, said District Police Office Chief Tek Bahadur Rawat.

"The landslide is currently being cleared,’ he said, ‘the road will be opened for operation today itself".
