Apr 12, Kathmandu- The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has stated that electricity will be disrupted in some places in Kathmandu and Lalitpur on Saturday.

Under the Thankot feeder of the Balambu Distribution Center in Kathmandu, there will be a power cut at Naikap Football Ground and Kitni Bhanjyang from 11 am to 4 pm for pole relocation and conductor upgrading.

Under the Durbarmarg feeder of the Ratnapark Distribution Center, there will be a power cut at Jamalpul, Bishwajyoti Hall, Yellow Pagoda, Annapurna Hotel and the Election Commission area from 7 am to 10 am for laying underground wires.

Under the Imadol 2 feeder of the Lagankhel Distribution Center in Lalitpur, there will be a power cut in Gwarko, Imadol, Krishnamandir, Tikathali, Lubhu and other areas from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Under the Jawlakhel feeder of the same center, there will be power disruption in Jawalakhel, Kumaripati, Natol from 1 pm to 4 pm and under the Ring Road feeder, there will be power disruption in the District Administration Office, AVM Chowk, Kusunti, Nakhipot and other areas from 11 am to 12 am.

If the work is completed quickly, the electricity service may resume before the scheduled time.
