Apr 13, Kathmandu- The curfew period has been extended in the Birgunj Metropolitan City area of ​​Parsa. Chief District Officer of Parsa Ganesh Aryal has extended the curfew time.

The curfew order has been extended until 12 midnight today (Chait 11). After clashes, vandalism and arson between two communities on Saturday afternoon, the administration had issued a curfew order in Birgunj from the evening to 12 noon today (Sunday).

The administration had initially issued a curfew order to be implemented from 6:30 pm on Saturday. Later, it was said that the curfew would be implemented from 7:30 pm.
