Apr 22, Kathmandu- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for Riyadh on Tuesday morning for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Modi posted on social media about his visit to Saudi Arabia, saying that he will attend various meetings and events there.
Stating that India and Saudi Arabia have long-standing friendly relations, he said that this relationship has become stronger in the last ten years.
Modi said that he will also participate in the second meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council and is excited about it. During the visit, he will also meet the Indian community living in Saudi Arabia.
This is Modi's third visit to Saudi Arabia after becoming Prime Minister in 2014. He had also visited Saudi Arabia in 2016 and 2019.
