Apr 24, Kathmandu- The Meteorological Forecast Division has requested everyone to take precautions as there is a possibility of extreme heat in many places in the Terai today and tomorrow. The Meteorological Forecasting Division of the department has issued a special bulletin requesting everyone to take precautions.

According to the department, there is a possibility of extreme heat in many places in the Terai, including Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province and Sudurpaschim Province.

Fatigue, weakness, excessive thirst, headache, leg cramps, dizziness, fainting, muscle pain, vomiting and other problems can be seen due to hot air and heat wave.

To avoid hot air and heat waves, the division has requested that people stay indoors during the hottest hours, i.e. in cool places, avoid going outdoors, wear light and cotton clothes when going out, wear a hat to cover their heads when going out, drink plenty of water and juice regularly and frequently, and stay in touch with health workers if they have any health problems.
