Apr 24, Kathmandu- Barahakshetra Municipality of Sunsari has honored senior citizens over 82 years of age with a health check-up.

Barahakshetra-2 honored 109 senior citizens of the ward by covering them with dosallas on Monday, Ward Chairman Hom Prasad Gautam informed. Ward Chairman Gautam said that the senior citizens were given sticks after health checks, including blood pressure and diabetes.

Similarly, the ward has honored 22 players who participated in the Barahakshetra Mayor's Cup. Barahakshetra-2 won the title of the ward-level Mayor's Cup football tournament.
