May 01, Kathmandu- The grand world premiere of the film 'Zar', which is set to be released in public from this Baisakh 26, has been completed in Sikkim. The premiere organized at Bajra World in Gangtok, Sikkim was attended by distinguished personalities representing various fields and film workers representing the Nepali film industry from Sikkim.

A team led by director Phurba Tshiring Lama, including actor duo Saugat Malla and Anup Bikram Shahi, had reached Sikkim from Nepal to participate in the premiere of the film. The 700-seat Bajra Hall was filled with guest audiences.

After watching the film, the local audience gave a great response. Some Sikkimese viewers were emotional and some were excited to witness the history of their own society for just a few hours while watching the film on the screen. The audience praised the actors, director, cinematography, BGM and VFX. The music of singer and composer Jhuma Limbu was another aspect that was the center of praise. The audience also welcomed the acting skills of newcomer Sushmita Bhujel.
