May 04, Kathmandu- The National Examination Board has denied rumors that the question paper was leaked on the first day of the Grade 12 exams, which began on Sunday.
The board, in a press release, said that the information posted on social media that students of certain schools had received the question papers of the compulsory English subject before the examination began today was misleading and incorrect.
The board also said that it has sent a notice to the concerned bodies to take legal action against those who create confusion by posting old and used question papers on social media on a sensitive subject like the examination.
The board has also requested not to believe such false information being circulated on social media and to continue their studies without believing such misleading information in the coming days.
It has also been asked not to post such topics on social media without confirming the authenticity of the content.
The board issued a press release denying the rumours that question papers were leaked at some examination centers in Suryabinayak Municipality, Bhaktapur on Sunday morning.
