Indian Foreign Secretary's statement: Our attack is on terrorist infrastructure, not military bases

May 10, Kathmandu- India's External Affairs Ministry Secretary Vikram Misri has clearly stated that India's actions in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and the Pakistani mainland on Wednesday were aimed at combating terrorism, as revealed by Pakistan's own statements and developments.

He said that India has targeted the training centers and hideouts of terrorist organizations in Pakistan. However, Pakistan is spreading false propaganda after its support and cooperation with terrorism is exposed, Secretary Misri said.

But India has said that this request of Pakistan is not possible immediately as it is a strategy to attack and stop the investigation against terrorists.

India has said that it has only targeted the locations of terrorists with identification, without attacking the Pakistani army, military installations and civilians.

However, Pakistan has said that it has attacked in the name of retaliation, killing 16 civilians. Mishri said that he could not give details of the operation carried out by the security forces during Operation Sindoor.

He said that the mosque was not attacked as Pakistan has alleged, but a terrorist hideout was hit. However, he said that Pakistan had targeted the Sikh community with the attack.
