Modi Addressed To The Nation: India will strike at the heart of Pakistan

May 13, Kathmandu- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the nation on Monday, praised the strength and patience shown by the citizens in recent days.

He also paid tribute to the bravery of the Indian Army in ‘Operation Sindoor’ and said that this success is dedicated to the mothers and sisters of the country. Prime Minister Modi said that the terrorist attack in Pahalgam area on April 22 has shaken the entire nation and the world.

He also said that brutally killing innocent citizens on the basis of religion is a heinous form of terrorism. "Today, every terrorist has understood that the end of those who remove the vermilion from the daughters and sisters of India is certain", Prime Minister Modi warned. ‘Operation Sindoor’ has set a new standard.

Prime Minister Modi also claimed that the Indian Army had carried out precision strikes on terrorist camps in Pakistan on the night of May 6 and the morning of May 7. He claimed that terror centers like Bahawalpur and Muridke were totally destroyed. "More than 100 notorious terrorists have been killed in that operation, including top terrorist leaders who roamed freely in Pakistan for decades", he said.

Prime Minister Modi also said that Pakistan was badly shaken by India's action. After the action, he claimed that the Pakistani army dared to attack Indian schools, temples and civilian areas. He claimed, in the style of Indian media, that India's air defense system destroyed Pakistani drones and missiles in the sky.

"In three days, India inflicted so much damage on Pakistan that they started pleading with the world to de-escalate tensions," Prime Minister Modi said.

"Pakistan was pleading with the world to de-escalate tensions and after suffering heavy losses, the Pakistan Army contacted our DGMO on the afternoon of May 10. By then, we had destroyed a large amount of terrorism infrastructure. We had eliminated the terrorists," he said, "We had destroyed the terrorist bases established in the heart of Pakistan. So, when Pakistan appealed and said that it would no longer be involved in any kind of terrorist activity or military misadventure, India considered it.

The policy against terror is clear. What did Modi announce?
1. If India is attacked by terrorists, a strong response will be given.
2. Terrorism will not be tolerated under the cover of nuclear threat.
3. There will be no distinction between the government that sponsors terror and the terrorists.
4. 'Operation Sindoor' has set a new standard. Now terror and talks cannot go along. Terror and trade cannot get along. Blood and water cannot flow together.
