May 15, Kathmandu- The Film Development Board is organizing a kids film production training workshop in Ilam from 4th Jestha to 8th.

The board has stated in a press release that the workshop is being organized with inclusive representation from schools, children's clubs, and children's communities in the district. For this, children under the age of 15 studying in grades 7 to 9 can apply for participation.

The board has issued a notice through its official website calling for applications within 3 days. The required form for this is mentioned on the website. Those who wish to participate can apply online or directly.

Director Badri Adhikari and 3 people from the writing, cinematography, editing and music genres will provide training. It is said that the workshop is being organized to develop, expand and promote Nepali films, increase film literacy, produce skilled filmmakers and create an environment for children to tell and watch their own stories.
