May 15, Kathmandu- The court has allowed the police to detain those being investigated for criminal nuisance related to the Tinkune incident for an additional 7 days.

The Kathmandu District Court has granted permission to detain those for an additional 7 days to conduct investigations, SP Apil Bohara of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, told Ratopati.

Twenty-seven people who were arrested on charges of involvement in undesirable activities and criminal nuisance and organized crime are currently in custody. Although 42 people were previously in custody, those who completed the investigation have been released on bail, SP Bohara informed.
