May 18, Kathmandu- Bollywood's Shah Rukh Khan is making headlines with his upcoming film, 'King,' set to be directed by Siddharth Anand. The film boasts a stellar cast, including Rani Mukerji and Deepika Padukone, generating significant buzz even before its release.

Rani Mukerji is reportedly set to play a significant cameo role, portraying the mother of Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh's daughter in the film. This marks a reunion for Rani and Shah Rukh, who have previously starred together in numerous films. The action-thriller also features Abhishek Bachchan in a negative role, alongside Deepika Padukone.

Filming is scheduled to commence in Mumbai on May 20, with subsequent shoots planned across various locations in Europe. The film is slated for a release between October and December 2026.
