May 19, Kathmandu- The habeas corpus writ petition filed by Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has once again been listed as 'unviewable' today, with no explanation provided for the status.

Rabi's case was scheduled to be presented in a bench of Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut and Justice Nityanand Pandey. The reason for the unviewability has not been revealed.

Earlier on Sunday, a bench of Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Sunil Kumar Pokharel had ordered the Supreme Court administration to schedule the hearing in a court that can be viewed as per the records.

Accordingly, the case was scheduled to be presented in the bench of Chief Justice Raut and Justice Pandey today.

On Baisakh 7, Mrs. Nikita Poudel filed a writ petition on behalf of Lamichhane.
