North Korea Fires Cruise Missile In Response To New Warship Accident

May 22, Kathmandu- North Korea fires cruise missiles in wake of new warship accident North Korea fired “several” cruise missiles into the East Sea on Thursday.

Earlier on Wednesday, a warship that North Korea was about to commission suffered a “serious” accident. North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong Un called the accident a “criminal act” and said it was “unbearable.”

According to South Korean news agency Yonhap, the North fired a cruise missile from the Sindok area in South Hamgyong Province at 9 a.m. on Thursday. The South Korean military said it was closely monitoring North Korean activities.
