Jun 05, Kathmandu - Kispang Rural Municipality of Nuwakot has conducted health check-ups for people with disabilities at home. This has provided convenience to those with disabilities who were unable to reach the relevant office.
Kispang Rural Municipality has conducted a health check-up of the disabled. In the first phase, a team including Dr. Kailash Bishwakarma, working at Trishuli Hospital, Nuwakot, has examined the health condition of the disabled, according to the Kispang Rural Municipality Office, Kahule.
The health condition of 12 disabled people has been checked, informed Arjun Neupane, Vice-Chairman of the Rural Municipality. According to him, Kapitaya visited the homes of the disabled and conducted a health check-up.
Chief Administrative Officer Chakra Bahadur Shahi said that this will continue. Disabled people who could not go to the concerned office have received the facility.
